Ochy offers a comprehensive solution for runners, coaches, and physiotherapists by utilizing cutting-edge AI technology to conduct personalized full-body running form and gait analyses remotely. This innovative approach assists runners in injury prevention, efficient running, and performance enhancement. The application identifies individual strengths and weaknesses, providing detailed guidance on areas for improvement. Key features include posture analysis and running metrics such as foot strike alignment in relation to the center of mass, head and back positioning, arm placement, heel kick engagement, leg flexion, ground contact time, step cadence, vertical oscillation, and leg cycle efficiency.

HOW IT WORKS

	<li>Receive a detailed analysis of your running form within 60 seconds.</li>

The core technology employs computer vision AI to analyze the user's movement patterns across various terrains—be it roads, forests, tracks, or treadmills. By integrating this data into a proprietary biomechanics algorithm that considers individual body metrics (height, weight, gender), and running speed, an individualized analysis is generated. This analysis pinpoints suboptimal body movements specific to the user's running activity. Subsequently, the algorithm identifies weaknesses and prescribes targeted exercises to enhance efficiency, minimize injury risks, and optimize performance.
